You know the biggest credit goes back to the parents for raising these incredibly kind adults that their children have become. In this perilous world we are living in not enough love and respect are given to parents who’ve done the right thing by their children. You know, I’m middle aged, ill health on disability and broke, but each day I’m so fortunate that I had a brilliant mum and sister. They are sadly at rest now, but the memories I have of them carries me through my life for however I got left of it. Where these incredible people have done for their parents, when the time comes for their parents to rest with God, these special memories will hold them and carry them through the rest of their lives thereafter. I don’t know but I think there should be an extra day of celebration annually for Parents Appreciation Day to celebrate parents who do the right thing by their their children, grandchildren etc

"Hospital bills" - My heart breaks everytime i hear those words... Being sick, or getting in to/having an accident, should not get you in debt! (Denmark here, free health-care)

No such thing as free. Someone's paying for it. John Q. Public in Denmark. That works for some people, but in the US, a large percentage of the population are unemployed because they want to be unemployed (I know four adults that are collecting SS and have never held jobs and never paid into SS) and the rest of us pay their way.

@@dingelfranz there are time and reasons for hospital usage. Not just because you don't pay for service.

My mom became very ill when I was 19 and her hospital bills wrecked us. She could only afford to pay $25 a month. I went to community college for IT and bust my butt for two years while working 30 hours a week. I found a really good job about 6 months after graduating. At 25, with my third check, I paid off my mom’s hospital bill. It’s like it ended the saga for all of us.

This is a blessing to see these couples are together after so many years and their grown children are in their lives.

Good caring parents raise good, caring, grateful and generous kids. Great video.

To pay something forward and to show such love back that is the most sweetest thing .

It's that something. American is supposed to be a great country. It's ridiculous how costly it is to be treated at the hospital.

Lovely to watch from start to finish .Sadly my parents passed away many years ago .You only get Mum n Dad the once in your lifetime so make the most of them whilst they are still here ❤At no point did i shed a single Tear watching this 🤥

Oh these are so beautiful to see. Kids being grateful for all that their parents did for them. PS Hospital bills should NOT be occurring in this day and age in a first world country. We don’t have it in Australia. Such a kind gift when a loved one has been so sick and should never have to worry about the cost of their treatment!

I would have to become an alcoholic drug addict that put my parents in debt before they were adults to thank them for all they have done to me. NOT FOR ME and that is just a start to the love they have shown me. I haven't talked to my Dad in years and I only speak to my mother because her issues caught up and she is going through dementia and athritis and a list of other health issues and even tho my parents were shit I do not abandon family and no one else will help in fact my younger brother still bothers her for cash when he fucks up at 35 while he doesnt know it is really my money she is giving him.

What are you talking about? It's not money, but it takes money to do things for people. It's appreciating the sacrifice their parents did for them. Most parents still have debt in their old age. Some have never gone on vacation. Their children can afford to help them now because of their sacrifice.
