In Canada it’s extremely common. My daughter in grade 7 was told by a “social justice” teacher that she’s just an immigrant here and she constantly told student they should feel ashamed of themselves for things that people in the country did over 150 years ago.

Our kids are being taught a lot of bad things - at the behest of both ALP and LNP state governments for a very long time. Alex is confused and doesn't realise that state LNP governments are just as much part of the problem as the ALP, and neither will ever be part of the solution, not unless it has a leader with integrity, honesty and truth, which is very likely never given the type of people in both parties.

I'm old enough to remember what made our country something to look up to. I remember the hard work, the mateship, the acceptance of each other. Yes, I had pride in my country,, but now I cringe as politics have destroyed all that!
