Ойын-сауық

Cobra Strikes! and Destro's Doomsday Auction were released in 1986 by Kid Stuff Records & Tapes under license from Hasbro. It was written by Michael Pellowski and illustrated by Pablo and Judith Marcos. The book included an audio cassette that you played back while reading the book - so you could SEE the pictures, HEAR the story, and READ the book!
These books were adapted by Kid Stuff into an "educational read-along video with vocabulary and comprehension enrichment" in 1986. The Kid Vid VHS credits John Braden with Audio Production and Alan Kirby, American Multimedia, Inc., with Video Production.

Oh my! Carson you don’t realise what you just did. Being a kid of the 80s who suffers with dyslexia my mum got me books on cassette from golden book not vhs. I had both of these on cassette and book and I would sit next to my mum trying to read and if I complete one page, Mum would hit the play button on the cassette player so I could listen to it This was a ritual every night after dinner before, I went to bed, and sometimes I would burst out crying because I would get frustrated because I couldn’t read the page properly. Listening to this reminds me of my mum thank you for posting this

They try to approach the Sunbow cartoon voices. This is a very cool video. I never knew these books existed. Thanks Carson.

My pleasure! I think they did a really good job with the voice acting knowing that they were probably on a minuscule budget.

I’m not sure! I wonder if Dan Klingensmith might know. He’s got a ton of the old memos. Or Mark Bellomo. I know he had many of Larry Hama’s original dossiers.
