I'm so grateful for this walk down memory lane to the Thanksgivings of my youth in central Florida. Grandpa would shout obscenities and give everyone the finger and we'd all just roll our eyes and feel grateful we didn't follow in his footsteps by quitting school after 7th grade. Eventually, he would pass out face down on the lawn and someone would get out the hose for his annual hair washing. Thank you, Kid Rock. This was sweet.

this song is actually really good, back when i first heard it i was filled with an intense dread and sadness for those with such an intense level of ignorance, but now i see it for what it truly is, it's a monolithic landmark in history, it sums up brilliantly what one particular subculture within America was feeling during such trying times, in the future when people were learning about this subculture i can see them finding it hard to remember what few points in their history isn't reacted too with blind ignorance, this song will help them remember that this is, with fucking certainty, one of those moments. this song is not only a great tool for the future but it is also a great form of mindless entertainment for all of us to laugh at, who doesn't like the paradoxical nature of a man so prideful of his own stupidity. this song used to fill me with dread but now that i have changed my outlook on life i can somehow find value in this dumpster fire of a song.
