I use the ball bit if I have a lot of dead skin but not on the nail plate.

Tfs! I struggle with the full covers on one of my thumbs- definitely going 2 try your tips!

What brand of full coverage tips to do you recommend for wide nail bed?

If u don't mind short nails, una gella has a 15 size box of short almonds that actually fit my 16mm wide thumbs! For some reason, the other styles of the same line are just a bit smaller. If you have 15mm or smaller, you can use the other styles like the coffin.

Both ways work great for me. I prefer not to use up all my primer though. That YN protein bond is like $15 for that teeny tiny bottle. 😂

Where do you find the cuticle drill bit you mentioned?

Where did you get the cuticle pusher (scraper)? What brand is it?

I am new to DIY nails. If only I had 👀 you. I used the round bit......waiting for it to grow out.

I apply like this sometimes, if I want them a bit longer but don't want the huge shape the longer tips give me. I don't have Luminary though. I also add a topcoat under the nail budding up to my free edge. Oh, who are you reviewing?

What nails do you recommend

So you use the builder gel to fill up the gap with the 2nd layer? I just got me the expensive Kiara Sky start kit and my thumb is to wide so it wont fit... i was rather devastated since im a complete beginner and had to save up for months to get me something nice for once. I do not want to return them
