Nice to see a positive and comprehensive review. I've had a vr7 for 5 years and don't want to trade it in as it's so perfect and has cost nothing but petrol and little of that. Anyone still being snobbish about picantos is just wasting money.

Same my mums had a 2014 picanto vr7 since new and I’ve driven it a lot and really like it so much so I’m getting my own same spec in a few days!

You deserve more followers. Nice long deep review.

Great review! The 1.25 chilli model is the best spec. Can’t be beaten brilliant car.

Hi thank you for such an in-depth review, but can I ask as I’ve noticed in other reviews that it has been considered the clutch to be very jerky and the brakes to to grabby “like having an on off button “ rather than a pedal. Did you notice any of these issues Cheers paul
