I have searched a lot about PKD. Infact all experts are advising to treat kidney functioning only when PKD is a concern. Agreed to it since kidney function is deteriorated progressively due to presence of cysts on kidney. My point is different. Why focus is not there to treat formation of cyst itself so that kidney is not impaired further. This is another thing if there is no treatment of benign cysts on kidney or liver. May I request Dr Arpana to educate us on this issue ?
