Khurshibhai....Yeh khatai dekh kar...kuch yaad aya...which I want share with You...Is Khatai ko U.P mein amahar bhi boltey hain...and it comes in different variations...only 2 that I have had ...one that is normal like the one shown by you and other is where peeled mango slices are rubbed with achar ka masala dar dara kuta hua...mixed with sarson ka tel...and is basically used while making tur dal ...it taste quite yummy...!!!

Why don't you give all measurements in gram, some measurements are in grams, and some by tbsp.
