@Jeevan Suresh M. Ali is the GOAT of boxing because of the work he did for the black community out side the ring as well as inside the ring. You talk about styles, styles make fights. Submissions is far more insulting and impressive than just knocking someone out. A knockout can come from a lucky punch where as submission takes time, patience, planning, techniques & skill. UFC has ranked him Khabib P4P and he really did a job on Connor, it was just business he said after he tapped.

@Tommy De Sadi If you're not from the Caucasus or haven't lived there for a significant amount of time, your opinion doesn't mean anything. The region has been plagued by decades of war and militant/rebel activity. If anything one must appreciate these fighters coming out of Dagestan in search of livelihood despite what they've been through and are going through. It's easy to sit back comfortably and call someone shady with half knowledge. Conor blabbered a lot of unnecessary rubbish in the build-up to that fight, most of it was baseless and misleading, and some even contradicting. Far from facts. I have lived there and I can guarantee you that. A lot of it is also a matter of perspective as well. Yes, Ali Abdel Aziz is a mysterious character with personal issues but he's only Khabib's manager (and of numerous others) hence the onus is not on him. We as fans must learn to grow up and stop reading too much into these fights and focus on the individual's fighting abilities and mannerism because, in reality, it's impossible to truly know anyone through a screen and be in a position to fully judge them. Khabib's behavior both inside and outside the octagon has been second to none and the entire UFC is witness to that. And that's the clearest evidence you will get about his character and that's all we need to know as fans.
