Bro I just binged so many of these. I can’t run kh2 rando on my computer otherwise I totally would. Keep it up homie these are so dope to watch

I dream of a day where the pc mod has advanced so far that the item tracker is rendered ingame, the rando options and seed generator are in a lightweight gui in the game folder, all of the cutscenes are autoskipped, all enemies + bosses + rooms can be added to the rando mix, and we never ever have to do the Mrs. Potts minigame EVER again

Can't wait until it's a little more stable for high frame rates! Also auto-trackers and all that good stuff. Amazing work for how recently the game came out, though! Is it the mod specifically causing the crash? Because I've put many hours into KH2 on PC at 120 FPS and haven't encountered a single crash, but I also haven't been following anyone else's experience.

Nope unrelated to the mod, it is commonly known that the PC port of KH2 runs about as stable as Cyberpunk on PS4. I've crashed at least once every hour. And i am not going to remove my second and third monitor just because this game is programmed terribly. If I had bought it i would've refunded it allready. Needs a patch badly.

@@tehSunBro Weird, I wonder why it's ran so smoothly for me? I also have multiple monitors. Guess I actually got lucky this time instead of the technical troubles I usually get with poor ports. Hopefully SE fixes it relatively quickly. They're usually pretty good about fixing their games (30 FPS caps/Nier Automata excluded) -- especially their bigger ones. A darn shame.

the guides all talk about pcx2 version only, is there a place to do pc one?

The pc is in closed beta. They are the only ones able to play and stream rn. Luckily psx2 and the roms and stuff are free and all the guides are online.

26:55 Seems like Rucksack took slightly longer. I did a rough comparison from previous runs and from start of fight to 1hp it generally took around 165 seconds on emulator at most. Depending on Roxas RNG you had times as low as 140. In this particular run it took around 175 seconds which was abnormal from the ~8 runs I checked. Idk, it did seem like there were hits missing in-between quick runs at times, especially at the beginning.

As someone who loves Zelda randos. I cant wait to try kingdom hearts rando

I think Roxas fight was slower because "rebalancing" done on damage with the HD version. Luckily its only like 20 seconds

Literally the only issue I have is the audio peaking and getting messed up for a moment, no crashes or anything like that. That's wild.

The Roxas Quickstep takes about 2 minutes and half around there so it's about the same

How did they do this? I've been trying for a full year to get this working, (yes I tried on pcsx2 only) and now there's a pc version, for God sake please someone make this significantly easier to do!!

Am I the only one seeing odd pixelated artifacts on the recording? Basically any movement causes really small pixels of blackness to appear. It looks like emulating some DS games.
