In this video, Alex looks at the petrol version of the brand new 2024 KGM Torres. KGM is the new name of South Korean brand, SsangYong and the Torres is the first new car under the new brand. The Torres is a large SUV and comes in petrol and electric. The electric EVX variant has different styling and uses BYD batteries and drivetrain.

Thanks for this review..I'm looking at changing from the 2018 Vitara. My job entails a lot of driving, and this was (is?) an option. I'm also thinking about the Frontier, especially for the lumbar support.

Thanks for watching, I didn't get on too well in terms of comfort with the petrol Torres - for some reason sears in the EVX Electric version were much more comfortable. I would recommend taking one out for a test drive if you can 👍
How is the sound insulation ?

Hey, thanks for watching - the sound insulation wasn't too bad, it could be better especially on the driver window. The electric EVX version however, it much better. Full review of that car coming soon.

Hey Andrew, thanks for watching - if you can find a good lease deal on it then potentially. I would say the electric version is a much better riding car and is more compliant on the road. There is a full review of that car coming soon.
