For corporate SEOs: Cheap content never works. Even great writers will deliver “cheap” content if they aren’t paid enough. Write it yourself or hire the best you can. Generally, hiring a writer for a longer article (1,500) words gets more than 3x quality of 3 different 500 word pieces. Let the writer invest in the piece. AND give the writer these things: YOUR intent: keywords, key phrases, write 1-2 paragraphs about the user and their search intent in finding this article, and next steps you want reader to take.

Hey Miles! Have you heard of the keyword golden ratio (KGR)? I think you should check it out and do a video or two on it. It's a way of finding keywords that are under served and generally allow you to rank in the top 30-100 in the first few hours your post goes live. It's pretty sweet, it just takes a little bit of work. I found it from Doug Cunnington's channel (super helpful guy just like you). I honestly think it's worth your time to check it out as I think you can give us even more insight into it.

Hello, are under transactional search intent all the phrases or are there additional ones?, because I intend to create a review website and creating posts around only those phrases seems quite narrow?

I don't use any of these, anymore… Be sure to Google it and look through reviews to see which ones are still working. You generally tie your affiliate links into the widget and it pulls the prices from the different vendors. It will display the prices from all of the vendors and the buy now button contains your affiliate link for each vendor. Pretty slick how they work

If I have similar keywords for example, “best PEZ dispenser for adults,” “best PEZ dispersers for grown ups” and best PEZ dispensers for people over 30” are these three different 1500 word blog posts? Even though much of the content would be super similar and overlapping? I apologize if this has been covered, but it’s a cause of a lot of headaches for me. Thanks. OK what am I really looking for? Keywords everywhere says to focus on volume of searches and keep that low and not focus on results. Most say just to look at the top 10 articles on that subject and see if you can write better content. How does it make sense to write on a topic that has 10 searches per month and millions of results? I really don’t understand what I’m looking for. Thank you.
