The Insolvency Law Academy held its 2nd Conference from February 9th-11th 2024, in Goa, India. The conference was based on the theme "Repositioning Insolvency Policy- Resilient System, Unique Solutions"
The conference was attended by leading global personalities including insolvency professionals, judges, policy makers, regulators, banks and financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, academicians, insolvency scholars, financial consultants, distressed asset investors, chartered accountants, company secretaries, business persons of national and international repute.

Thank you sir, for bringing out Indian banking from the problem of NPAs, and keeping the banks alive..
It is a smart idea, as smart as you are..it is quite correct, as banking brink, economy brinks..
Insolvency and bankruptcy law need some modification. Instead of 3 months it must extend to 9 to 12 months for declaring bankruptcy and auction orvother proceeding. This will reduce NPA or small Loanees.
