    hopefully someone can answer this question about breathing. Whenever I squat, i brace my abs, breathe in, and then squat. It takes at least 1 second between reps. How does Kevin breathe here?

    This is where people saying i am lying or call me an asshole it took me 6 months too reach 505 pound squat, reasons and not excuses i have perminent injury on my knee, at 145pounds 505 pounds for 24 reps had too stop when my little girl was born severe financial problems so can someone please explain too me why he seems to be struggling i have very little muscles compare to this guys my wife laughs because she has seen me do it and is confuse, i am slim and was constantly acuse in the gym for taking steroids, i am just confuse thats all, as to why i can do the same amount... people say cause i am only 5 f 7 inches so i don't have to go down as far as he does

    I weigh like 180. I cracked out 2 sets of 8 at 560 and had to take every sweet breath and ounce of strength to do it. Got sick and puked, took 3 days to come around. Lol damn son

    Kevin OAK Do u find OHP and incline dont aggravate it? Im having the exact same issue. I had a physio work on traps, lats, pecs and it seems to have turned out to be a pec minor strain. Have now switched to dumbbell presses using full ROM and slow negatives to strengthen and rehab pec/ pec tendon.
