The purpose of the Hur Report was to promote the idea that Biden is too demented to be prosecuted. This wouldn't work for any other clearly guilty suspect: they would be prosecuted and forced to provide proof of "dementia" in court - and they could be sent to a prison dementia ward. I doubt any tapes were made. Why bother? Joe Biden is faking dementia to avoid prosecution. This is more distraction. Prosecute Joe Biden now.

In fact, all of the departments under the executive branch have stated in Congress that they will not comply with any rulings handed down by the Supreme Court. Hur's most damning words-that a jury would perceive the President as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” and thus be unlikely to convict-seem to have saved him from that outcome.
