And he deserves every single penny. That man has hustled and worked the comedy circuit and Hollywood rounds, but something that a lot of people don't know about him is that he is a very smart investor and businessman. There is a difference between "getting rich" and "building wealth". Now his money is working for him in cash flow positive mixed with what I assume is a risk safe amount of high growth potential businesses. This is how you create generational wealth.

Well he could do that a few times. But even with his net worth of 500 million he would probably cry inside when they give him a quote. On the busiest days roughly 155.000 people pass the entrance, each paying up to 180 bucks. Let's say 150k times $150, that's 22.5 million in entrance fee alone. Now he would also need to cover the lost revenue from merchandising, food, drinks, etc. Let's say another $100 each. I doubt you can have the park to yourself on the busiest day for less than 40 million.

When a card won't wipe, you have to rub the magnetic strip on a surface. Jeans work well. Sometimes, at the grocery market, you put the card in the plastic market bag and slide it through the machine so the card reads better as well.
