Say what you want, but they pay him to get as close to the line of assault when playing defence as he can get without fouling out too quickly and he's certainly effective at it. Clippers won that game because of him tbh. If you had an entire team of players that could get back on D like that they would either win championships or lose to the team with the highest free throw percentage :D.

If you happen to actually know basketball you might realize that beverley is trying to make the warriors not feed the ball to KD and this is actually the x factor that got clippers back in the game and killed the warriors momentum.... I hate KD. But KD will survive in 90s. 7 foot 230cm wingspan who jumps high and super quick will of course survive in 90s it is laughable to think not. And the league does not protect KD Pat Bev holds KD hugs KD these action will be fouls under modern rules but many of them are not called. KD still managed to hold on. This Pat Bev is today’s most tenacious defender put this defense on 90s it will still be good too. Even Gary Payton says he love Pat’s defense.
