I watched the Wanda Durant story and let me tell you something, when she fixed their plates and put that 2 teaspoons or so on her plate...I couldn't hold back the tears. I don't know you personal but Ms. Wanda I absolutely love you and I pray you continue telling your story. I too was a proud single mom of my Son who graduated in the top 5 in his class and went on to go to college and graduated with a degree in Engineering. He never got in trouble or gave me any problems because like you I was tough and it paid off. Hats off Ms Durant you truly are THE MVP!!!!

I see so much hateful comments but for what? N hateful comments about his mom.. Y'all don't wtf she had to go through to raise 2 kids on her own. When she said "i was there, first of all." I lost it crying. As a single mother one of the things im most proud of is being there. Being present in EVERYTHING my sons do. Mama Durant WILL FOREVER be my inspiration. When i was going through chemo i watched KD'S mvp speech DAILY. it gave me the motivation i needed to keep fighting for my boys. Mama Durant is EVERYTHING.
