In Belgium we learn Dutch, French and German (our nation's 3 languages). And since he played in Germany and England it's no suprise he speaks 4 languages.

You can definetllearn to run fast it’s just not as a big of a focal point as dribbling is in day to day football training. Get a propped sprinting coach, do the exercises and train properly and consistently and you’ll be fast in 3 years even if you are slow if you are like mediumish fast then it will be even faster

Flemish as a dialect group (not a single dialect) is not meaningfully different enough from standard Dutch to be called a separate language. Similarly Americans don't speak "American", but (American) English.
