Kevin Bacon is an American film actor, musician, & theater actor whose notable roles include films "National Lampoon's Animal House," "Friday The 13th," "Diner," "Footloose," Tremors," "Flatliners," "Wild Things," "JFK," "A Few Good Men," "The River Wild," "Murder in the First," "Apollo 13," "Wild Things," "Stir of Echoes," "Hollow Man," "Trapped," "Mystic River," "The Woodsman," "Death Sentence," "Frost / Nixon," & "X-Men: First Class." He currently stars on Fox television series "The Following." Bacon has won Golden Globe & Screen Actors Guild Awards, was nominated for an Emmy Award, & named by "The Guardian" as one of the best actors never to have received an Academy Award nomination. He is married to actress Kyra Sedgwick & they have 2 children. In 2003, Bacon received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
