I just got done making your crepe recipe. I used them for a veggie cheese sauce, so didn’t make the cake. I have tried 3 other keto crepe recipes and none of them turned out. They were either too eggy, or too soft and fell apart. Your recipe was perfect. I should know by now to just check your database of recipes and use your recipes first, because they NEVER fail. The flavor was amazing, easy to put together, and they cooked up great. I did mess up the recipe, thought it called for only egg yolks. So after mixing the batter, it was too thick so I added a little bit of water. Then I noticed where it said to add whole eggs. I added the egg whites, but my batter was a tad delicate when it was time to flip. Despite all of that, they still turned out fantastic. I can’t wait to make them again the right way, they will be even better. Thank you so much for all of your time and dedication to bring us amazing recipes that not only taste amazing, but are easy to make.
