sesame seeds (optional)
Bake at 340°F (171°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Erythritol is corn sugar which is 100% carbs but it does not stay in your body at all. It just passes through. So, the bun is sweet, yes.

Hello dear, with the small amount of erythritol in this recipe the buns are not sweet at all. It will just balance the overall taste. Also no coconut aftertaste.❤️
All measurements are in cups and spoons except water. Can you please reconfirm the liquid quantity in cups?

I made several keto recipes with psyllium husk and I really don't like the texture and taste. Will the husks be obvious on this recipe? It looks so good though! Also I only have psyllium husks so I was wondering if I should just grind them down to powder and weigh out 5g? Will it be the same

@@its-violet I've made many of ketoserts recipes and they are really good! As keto community, we know alternative cakes and breads will never be the same as flour based it's just my personal dislike for psyllium.
