Oh, KETOSERTS, how I love thee.. Normally, I get a BP lowering experience while viewing and listening to your utter good-ness, but tonight I actually tried the recipe! You make gently creaming the ingredients so calming to watch, I decided to try foregoing the use of kitchen power tools myself and it is indeed very satisfying. (and a lot quieter) I made these, subbing hazelnuts for pecans.. and they are delicious! I will try another of your gems very soon... yes, I love you, KETOSERTS and I don't care who knows it. I made these cookies few times already. They are my favorite. I do them with a twist. When they are done I add powder sugar they look like wedding cookies and other ones with monk fruit w/ cinnamon. My son loves them. Thank you so much for the recipe.

I like to bake it longer -30 min . Texture is as normal cookies , not a big difference, but of course I get used to almond and coconut flour

I took chance to made a double batch today. They turned out great. One batch with walnut and home made dried cranberries, and the other pecan. Preferred the one with cranberries and walnut though. Thanks for sharing 👍
