The song was originally written for Kerli's second album but it didn't end up in the final tracklist. The writers asked Tarja to sing the song, she changed the lyrics and fixed the melody and it became I Feel Immortal

This may be the same song that Tarja sang, but the songs feel so different. Tarja's feels chilly and almost mournful, but this version sounds warm and full of hope. I love Tarja and I believe she's one of the best singers around, but I like this version so much more because it makes me feel like there's sunshine hitting my back in my dark room. :)

This song is beautiful but I prefer Tarja's version.

The opening verse is so much more interesting here.

I will forever love this song it was my favorite song for two years when I was like 7-8 years old I never even knew what it meant, and listening to it again, I could never relate to it more. and when I was younger everyone thought i was psycho.

sokiihoo Kerli was part of the team that wrote the song, so I believe that she has part of the copyrights, even though the song was sold to Tarja~ Kerli´s Version has some different lyrics ~ but both songs are pretty good ^__^

sokiihoo Kerli co-wrote it and also recorded it for Tim Burton's movie Frankenweenie's soundtrack.
