Flaxseed called alsi ky beej in urdu

Aloe vera.. flax seeds 2 tbsp cook in 1 glass of water ,cook...make a gel filter ..in another vessel add rice powder 2 tbsp add 1 glass of water ..Cook rice ..keep starch water ..(wash hair with warm water so cuticles open) ..apply this paste by mixing all 3 ingredients

It is an old Japanese beauty recipe and it is very good indeed. If you want to look 10 years younger use this cream on your face and hands 2-3 times weekly.

Just one question... when we wash it in the end... is it sticky and hard to rinse or is easily washed off...

I’ve lost a lot of hair and the rest is thin and extremely damage due some medical treatments. This remedy is really useful and very easy to make👍✌ .Thank you 😁

I have tried this as he said , so here are some recommendations which I'll like to tell you guys 1) use on dry hair before putting this you should shampoo and conditioner your hair and let that dry 2) if your hair is very long then turn ups and downs and then apply it. 3) you can only use flex seeds lump but if you are putting rice paste then 35 min. Should be max. Otherwise it dries completely. 4) roll up your hair , if it's very short then no need Ty :)

Thank you for this excellent video Dr Vivek! Your service is commendable. ~+~ I couldnt wait to make this so advanced it by a week even though I was busy. 🙂The only concern I had was my usual one, of heating delicate things like flax seeds, and, thus, their essential goodness dissipating. So I blended already cooked rice with powdered flax that I soaked for a bit in lukewarm water, I added in an egg (as someone here had suggested) and olive oil as keratin treatments can be drying. And I also threw in some rose water and herbs I had so the egg wouldnt smell and to make it more luxurious. Oh my! The result was Amazing, like a milkshake, and I felt like my hair grew with that one application! I also used some on my eyebrows teehee Next time though, I will use more oil. Truly appreciated. ~+~ One more thing: for those of you who are busy like myself, I made a whole lot and froze the balance. The next time I need it I will let it sit in the fridge overnight and leave it on the counter the morning of. Use what I need then freeze again.
