Ingredients:5 ladyfingers,1 tspn rice flour,1-2 tspn oil….. 5 ladyfingers cut and boil a glass of water for 10mins,thn let it cool and blend it then strain it+ 1 tspn rice flour and add 1/4(quarter) cup of water and mix it well aftr mixing it, put the lady fingers paste in a pan and heating it in the law flame/heat,+add the rice flour mixture to the lady fingers paste and mix them well and take them out from the heat and again strain it,aftar that add 1-2 tspn oil(any oil) mix them oil….let it cool. Divide hair in sections and apply scalp to all over hair(it’s natural ingredients that’s why can be use on scalp) and cover,leave it for 2 hours then wash with water. 2 times a week.

My hair was never quite silky, or straight, I had a frizzy curly type hair which I could not straighten no matter what. I tired this and this worked, it made my hair appear more healthy looking, making it look a bit more darker than usual and I had less curls as well along with slight silkiness. I also applied this on my mom’s hair and her hair looked more darker as if she applied color to it. I would definitely recommend this however if you’re gonna add oil, make sure to wash it with a little shampoo since it’ll leave a bit of oiliness in your hair. also even if you have oily hair then add only 1&1/2 tbsp of oil.

Some things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I started massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Tried this one last sunday. IT WORKS. And the results are visible. Keratin treatment is something I have been getting regularly twice a year for years. So I know what that hair feels like. The only difference is that this one doesn't straighten your hair that much. Which is okay for me because straightness isn't what I am after. The oil was too much for my hair so I had to wash my hair with mild shampoo after but the shine and softness still remained for the entire week. I am going to try it without the oil tomorrow. Will still go for keratin treatment because I have no time and no patience but people who want good hair naturally should definitely trust this. Also, I would love to know what the replacement for okra is because okra isn't available all year. Thanks. Subscribed to you for the remedy that actually works.

I think hibiscus leaves can be used in place of okra .. I've used hibiscus leaves hair pack and it also worked . Its a natural conditioner. Makes hair soft & good for hair growth. You can use Aloe Vera in this pack too.

Dr Vivek i tried this and for the frizzy growth i have it showed instant results. My hair which blows up when dry, was tamed. I must admit that i applied only the okra juice and yes it worked. No odour like egg but results as good as egg. Thanks for the wonderful work that you are doing. Your remedies are economical and far away from commercial. You are a true soul.

Doctor my mother used to make fresh, slimy juice and apply it on my hair. I has very sorry and shiny hair. She also used to apply soaked grinded methi paste, grinded hibiscus leaves. It helps.

Don't put negative comment 1st try n maintain consistency thn u comments,he is encouraging us to use home remedies and be far away from chemicals so it's upto u ppl to follow it or not..i too tried many of his tips maximum it works but not instantly but need to hv patience to see results.

Can we skip covering the hair for two hours? Lil bit difficult to keep it covered. In that case my hair is exposed to air.

Good evening Doctor, I have been following your KZread channel and have watched quite many of your videos and felt so good knowing information from a source I could rely on ! Few days ago I read an article of how hair straightening is linked with risk of uterine cancer. I have a doubt, is permenant straightening the problem as many chemicals will be used or we must not even straighten our hair using straightening brushes like philips straightening brush. Also, are heat protection sprays like bblunt spray have the risk of these chemicals. Please reply to me personally and also please make a video on this topic as it will create an awareness for many. It was mentioned "chemical hair straightening" in that article, also include what is chemical straightening and the difference in just doing it with straightening brushes and flat irons daily. its the chemicals in relaxers that can cause uterine cancer or fibroids.flat irons and tongs just damage the hair.there are some natural straighteners on the market...ANSWR-vegan and natural home straightner(amazon,etc)..ZERRAN vegan natural straightner,comes from america and some organic smoothers and straightners in different hair salons,though this is still quite rare.only certain hairdressers.
