You’re style is appreciated because you ask a assumed soft on the outside question, but cleverly hard on the insight ball in the followup question after it’s obvious you spotted a embellishment or straight up lie and rather then put them on immediate blast or remember the story differently, I noticed you give them the followup to correct that previous statement discreetly to clean it up but its’s ultimately on them to recognize the alley oop you gave them and it’s funny how many times they didn’t utilize that opportunity afforded to them by a thinking journalist allowing the guest to talk and asking only the right questions or comments to confirm or not confirm a opinion given. I just think that approach is the best because you let them liv & die on they're on words and offer the speaker to talk without becoming the guest as many journalist do today talking more and giving their own perspective even more than the guest.
