Why can't the Kenya government go to the county governments and find out what money was allocated to them for projects and see if, they have been completed or it's current progress. If, the money is gone and projects not finished whomsoever was responsible for distributing those funds should be fired and whatever he/she owns of value should be sold and put towards the completion of that project. Plus they should JAILED. KENYA ISN'T SERIOUS ABOUT ADDRESSING CORRUPTION BECAUSE, IT'S A BUSINESS THE LEADERS PROFIT OFF OF.

Now that he's not flying, what else would he be doing?

Mr. Manyora … corruption is an umbrella for several illegalities and dishonest behavior! Bribery, embezzelement, nepotism and favoritism, misappropriation and many more. And you have all of it in Kenya.

On this public debt, does it mean the Office of the Director-General of Public Debt Management Office is never audited by the Office of the Auditor General (OAG)? If the OAG has been doing so, then is it that the reports are never made public? If so, why? Were that to be then the first thing to be done would be to release the OAG reports. If the OAG has just been glossing over the issues, then it would be the OAGs inactions to be investigated. Appointing a task force would then make sense because it would include taking the OAG to task. If the OAG has not been auditing the office, then it need be known on who's instructions and since when? How was the information relayed? In this case the OAG ought to be the one to conduct the first audit. My opinion. From the look of things, there has been a lot of crimes in the monies acquired as debt. I read of monies said to have been borrowed to build additional capacity at one of the KenGen hydropower stations but which never reached KenGen. What a shame!
