Kenya is unlike anywhere else in the world. The dedication of Kenyan health workers, who go the extra mile to save lives, embodies the true spirit of Kenya. The encounter with the Maasai community group of dancers is truly epic. I hope and pray that the Maasai will never trade their brilliant culture for anything. They can incorporate modernity into their identity without westernizing it. Kudos to the Mara Nomads for a brilliant video.

Northern Kenya is such a marvellous region to discover, there's so much to see and depending on the time of the year, the landscape may change drastically. As you went to Lake Logipi area, it was unusually vegetated and grassy and the lake was particularly full of water. It looked quite bizarre, but hey even the hottest, the driest and the most arid of deserts may green up some time after all... Still, incredible scenery as usual and what an adventurous trip you did! Congratulations!

Enjoyed watching the expedition but could not understand why the county or even the national budget would not care to have road net work improvements done to such remote locations. This was an eye opener to the state of neglect and need for better service. Great job Team Nomad.

Turkana county. But because of its remoteness, it can only be accessed from Samburu county. The area gets neglected due to its remoteness and the locals have to depend on Samburu county despite being in Turkana county.
