Its bigger than just tax hikes. This was the last straw. We are tired as an over taxed nation. We want accountability of all taxes collected. They steal taxes and loans. We are heavily indebted. The loans from IMF and World bank have been looted. No major infrastructures. Unemployment is such a big issue right now. They want to sell 35 state corporations, cut school feeding programme, cut free Linda mama maternity services in all public hospitals...WHAT REALLY DO THE LOANS DO FOR US? Where are our taxes? Allocating 60.1 billion for teas and seminars, 900 million za mabbibi zao yet they're cutting HELB, linda mama, 25% tax on cooking oil ..How self centered these criminals are is beyond mental. We raise alarm alafu THEY CALL US ORGANIZED CRIMINALS, COMMITING TREASON AND THEY WANT TO CHANGE THE LAND BILL BILL FROM FREEHOLD TO LEASEHOLD. THEY WANT TO STEAL OUR LAND We are forced to contribute a housing levy which they will use to build apartments which majority will not qualify to buy citing we have a housing crisis. ITS A SCAM! We have an unemployment, LACK OF industrialization and CORRUPTION crisis. We do not manufacture anything in this country! We even import cotton earbuds, electrical extensions, hadi wembe...jamani!! We contribute towards a national health insurance fund(NHIF/SHIF) Which is a total scam: the public hospitals have no medicines, understaffed, lack of medical equipment and worse you will still top up from your own pocket to cover medical bills. And they don't even pay the medical staff... LETS NOT GLORIFY POVERTY AND SUFFERING , ATI KAZI NI KAZI.
