KDF has done several commendable projects like the MV Uhuru II, kdf sports complex, renovation of KICC, revamping most of our railway network etc. I believe they can even extend the SGR from Naivasha to Kisumu and Malaba if given the necessary resources we surely don't need China any more for these projects.

Great step ahead for the country in sports. Can't wait to see the stadiums getting constructed. @Dolphine, thanks for keeping us posted and you have an amazing footage of Nairobi.....

They should also include the Mombasa stadium, private local contractors hired by Joho left it a complete mess.

As always big plans but never come to fruition. We wait and see. Most of the stadiums built are underwhelming. We dont have one stadium with the wow factor. So sad spending billions and the final product is githeri looking. The phots never reflect the final product.

Talanta will not have running tracks..people forget that this stadiums have to be maintained after the competition....when you limit it's uses where do you get revenue to maintain them...also running sports is very big in kenya

@@eldios831 if you build nice stadia, people will go to watch the matches because they will be going for experience. Same thing happens in Europe. People not only go to support their club by watching the game but by accessing the facilities that come with a world class stadium. Kenyans we don’t go to watch matches because the conditions of our pitches are not nice. And even if athletics is big in Kenya, we should separate football stadia with athletics stadia

@@hk254lyt8 maintaining this stadia is not cheap....Even big clubs like gor mahia and afc walishindwa ku maintain city stadium...in European countries clubs own their facilities....hapa even rugby clubs not all pay their players...we must start from somewhere and this is a good start...because in all truth the country is still not all that rich

Is kasarani stadium recieving upgrades because if kasarani stadium is the moi international stadium ,compared to other stadium' s it looks bad
