Why can't the county charge a small fee for everyone to have consistent garbage collection? From houses to businesses that use the service. Also we should have an independent institutions that vet vendors who want to get government contracts and have them audited before contract decisions are made. Mistrust is thr biggest problem and there needs to be multiple layers of oversight. The county should also work and intensify collections of traffic fines. This can help eeduce road accidents as well as increase revenue at the county level.

Of course, there should be exceptions. It can't be one size fit all. Neighborhoods can agree on how garbage is collected in their area. As long as the city is clean and no one has to be too stretched to pick up after another.

This is total nonsense...eating tax prayers money for nothing committees for what. Kenya must change from this nonsense. If I employ u,,I need services, If u r not doing what u r employed to do...pls pack off n go and let's look for a competitive person.
