Agreed. If he wants the big fights this was the perfect opportunity. But he didn’t put enough effort to get his name in the mix.

Shawn is so good at doing this. It never gets old I love his boxing knowledge and how he can get the answers we want out of fighters 🔥

@@MikeThaPhilosopher can you tell outside of power what does Matias have? You handicap his only skills set then what else can he do? The more skilled fighters will pick him apart. He would make it rough for anybody but he’s been beaten so he can be beaten again in my opinion

He’s big fast strong durable and throws heavy heavy volume and combos. How come no one ever calls people like haney one dimensional all he has is a jab and can only box from the outside with minimal power. For some reason nowadays they act like pressure doesn’t work. When if u look at the history of boxing pressure works very well especially when u hit as fast and hard as matias

Definitely no swag lol but it’s hard for all boxing media outlets because boxing events are so few. They have no choice but to entertain hearsay and talk about hypotheticals. I don’t know why I even listen to any boxing channel tbh. It’s really just something to do. Imagine having to talk about people who only do their job like two times a year aka most fighters. But yeah Shawn a Canelo hater so I’m not defending that mf ever.
