I love this washer!! But it seems confusing when it comes to pre wash. I normally use a liquid detergent for main cycles, but when I use it with the pre wash, the liquid drips into the drawer space so that when I close the drawer the liquid stays under it and the water can't reach it!!!
This is confusing as I've always used powder detergent. It sounds like if you are using liquid detergent you don't need the accessory cup unless you are using liquid for the pre wash cycle, but other videos show the use of the cup.
Why can't I adjust the water level on the Kenmore? And I don't want to use heavy duty, and all those other heavy options. I want to be able to do quick or normal washes with a good amount of water. I have a machine similar to this one
