Yeah, that's me. I have an Autistic son and because of his needs I can't really hit the gym like I want to. So, I just started watching prison workout videos now I do a hour and a half circuit of 300 push ups, 300 curls(get up after every 10 push ups and every 5 sets vary the curl and push up style), 200 burpees, 200 Tyson squats, and 100 lunges. After all that I am drenched from head to toe. I have never felt this in control of my body before and even when I was in the gym, I don't think I was this strong. I just need to add some more variation and I should have a better routine.
