Funny that you mention "This is America" because Childish Gambino said that it was a diss track to Drake when he initially created it but it evolved into something else.

Wow! I didn’t realize that.
Just heard drake left to Toronto and sold his home in Los Angeles. His baby mom and son have also been reported to have gone back to France. Is he running from the feds? 😮
Crooked I said this was a battle between two people that know eachother very well

Very👏🏾 well👏🏾‼️
Wifey hit the nail right on the head. Me having family from Canada and going to Canada alot growing up I know for a fact that's its a difference. And my cousins that live in Canada are mixed but had my uncle right there. Drake grew up without his father so he wouldn't even relate to Americans issues like ny cousins. People forget Hip-hop is a black american art form that always spoke about black culture and the black community.
Drake would need to make reading books 📚 his best friend, because Kendrick is knowledgeable. Fun fact, His album TO PIMP A BUTTERFLY was inspired by his first visit to South Africa 🇿🇦 where he got to learn about Apartheid, history of South Africa, culture, Nelson Mandela etc. Although he came here for concerts, it was a spiritual journey for him. Listen to MORTAL MAN.
Aside from the videos, I really admire y’all’s connection to each other. I aspire to that with someone
im with ya i cant even find the names to the songs i liked so much growing up 1984 😭 to hear what they was really talking about in their music now that i don't just listen to the beat but more than ever listening to the massaging they speaking on 😂

💯 We have to read the lyrics before we can bow our head now.
“I can hear Drake going conscious” bro with what culture? That 6ix ish didn’t exist until Drake brought it to Canada. He was imitating us in the US.

Past tense, fam. He could’ve went the conscious route with Black Candian culture and history.
