We all need reminding that this was at the height of the post-Super Bowl hysteria. Despite the media and politicians beating the living daylights out of her, this woman still went out and did her thing with her head held high. And instead of feeling sorry for herself, she took time to make her fans happy. I love this woman.

Hi Kendra, this was beautiful, I cried while you were crying. I am so glad you met your idol Janet! Such a touching moment when Janet gave you a hug, she felt your love for her which was great to see. Janet really cares about her fans which I am sure you know from being a fan yourself. She is such a sweet smart lady. You spoke very the truth and I am glad you were able to tell her how you really felt at that moment. @naturaluv85 i hurts me that some of the younger ppl (some) dont know about ppl that paved the way so they think everything is original. same thing w/ lady gaga or rihanna. ppl are thinking that riri's red hair is so original. i be feeling like throwing a copy of the velvet rope album w/ some selected viewing from youtube at their head. not only did janet do it but she did it better and classier. mind you jj isnt the first person in modern time to do it, but damn u can clearly see the influence

miamivicepastels83 Facts. But you can’t tell these new generations nothing. They spend all day on a phone and swear that their favorites were the innovators when the real pioneers did it without social media. They can like whomever. But they really need to kill the disrespect and do their research.

Ahh, its funny how you mentioned Xtina and Britney. Xtina doesnt really copy Janet does she shes only a fan. Britney does have alot of influence from Janet.
