I actually recorded this version on VHS (where the SportsCenter anchor referred to me - I think it was the 2am show!) , but we accidentally taped over it the very next day. And now I find it here, all these years later, and incredibly it''s the specific one I thought I'd never see again. Thank you @Detlef! I don't know how (or why) you were able to put together this incredible compilation, but man, I'm really appreciative that you did.

Hey this is Bob in Connecticut and Junior is the best I ever saw and I am the biggest Yankee fan I have been a ticket holder for 30 years partial. And he did it without getting juiced. It’s hard to believe his big rookie card 1989 upper deck PSA 10 is only worth $2000. That is a disgrace it should be worth a small fortune😊😊😊

His bent back/left arm and straight front/right arm, (arm bar for those modern swing gurus who think it's a bad thing), is how body mass/power is transferred to the barrel. It's also how he makes it look almost effortless.

really any post 1999 highlights would be cool. He was out of the lineup a lot from 2001 on, but i still want to see anything cool he's done. Some things are trickling through, but most of the videos on yt of griffey are 1989-2000 and 2008-2010
