Ken Chenault charts the evolution of American Express, from the company's beginnings as a freight forwarding business more than 160 years ago, to its current position as one of the world's top credit card brands. And he explains how brands have to continually reinvent themselves to stay relevant. Chenault is Chairman and CEO of American Express. He spoke at Stanford Graduate School of Business as part of the View from the Top Speaker Series on May 14, 2013.
