Ned Boase colin did not have a license and accidentally flew his eurocopter into the ground.

I used to hear Colin practice around his farm. I lived that close to him in lanark Scotland. I still see jimmy mcrae sometimes and his brother. Actually years and years ago Colins dad fixed my dads leakin shower lol their family business was doing plumbing. miss colin R.I.P Big Chap

Hearing Ken talking about the passing of a rally legend, and now we have lost another legend. RIP Ken.

So many people will have this same experience from Ken’s passing now 🙏🏼

I remember delivering rally car parts to Colins house in Lanark when I worked for UPS and he and all of his family were always very nice to me. I was devastated when the accident happened as well . One of my heroes and he will never be forgotten. "If in doubt, FLAT OUT!" RIP A True Hero

We lost one legend many years ago, now we've lost another. RIP Ken and Colin you both will never be forgotten.

Very sad to watching this after what's happened with Ken. R.I.P both legends.

Its incredible. Anywhere you go on the internet today, somebody is paying their condolences to Kens family and a tribute to him. I dont think anyone have had such a big impact on the modern automotive community, and its really showing now. Everyone have got a Ken story. Lets celebrate this man, and never forget. Rest in peace Ken.

With what Ken has done for X games and being an inspiration to another generation of mototorsports guys and gals, I think he deserves a remembrance video too. RIP Ken and Colin, Both Legends that were taken too soon. Hopefully they are ripping rally together upstairs.

Lucky for me, I was born near Arganil, in Portugal, where Colin McRae was king. I remember to see him in '94 in his Subaru.

Because they probably forgot to use just one source of sound in post-production. Therefore the sound from camera is ever so slightly behind the sound of the other mic which is closer to him.

It's not a bucket, it's an empty 64oz Big Gulp cup that's on the table in front of Ken. He turned his lapel mic on and lay it over the cup rim and had intended to put it on his shirt but forgot. Its resonating with the amplified sound inside the cup. Or he sat it on a Pearl trap set snare drum.
