Excellent review. Good job doing it with one hand, too. I’ve had mine for several years but it was in a box for a move. Got it out. Gonna make me some rice tomorrow. :)

Thanks! Look closer… The instructions are also there in English! I just used my new Keith cooker for the first time today. The rice 🍚 came out perfect!

What I did was added a small micro low pressure gauge to the lid of mine. And a Clippard MNV-1K Needle Valve with Knob get it boiling an steaming. An very slowly close the needle valve and babysit the gauge to keep the pressure readings about 5psi with the flame turned down. So it’s constantly venting slightly but I still manually control it with the needle valve so the pressure changes are slow. An when I sit the flame off. I close off the valve. Seems do better cooks with certain foods. And for the regular steaming I just unscrew the needle valve all the way like removing the needle completely but leaving the valve body mounted. But so it’s full open. An it’s basically back to the original use. Minus the tiny gauge and the micro needle valve on the lid.
