As I continue my Great Loop adventure with the AGLCA I need to work on my torn shoulder cuff injury. During this video I demonstrate the exercises designed to strength my left shoulder muscles. I need to strengthen different muscles to take over the jobs that the muscles with the torn rotator cup used to do.

    Well keep it up I know PT usually helps when I've got issues with my neck or my back so keep doing it

    Thanks for the encouragement. I do PT 3 times oper now. It does seem to work

    Thanks. Slight clich with travel. One of the locks are closed for repairs until sometime in May. Going to spend time with youngest son in Washington State
