Brazilian here 🇧🇷! Loved that Keith went to a Brazilian Steakhouse😀Farofa is my favorite side dish to accompany not only brazilian barbecue, as well as to eat with white rice and black beans on a daily basis. I also recommend another side dish called Vinagrete which goes perfectly with brazilian barbecue. Another type of brazilian barbecue i highly recommend is a type of street food called Espetinho, a more affordable option than going into a brazilian steakhouse (there are a lot of steakhouses like that in Brazil, but they are very expensive). Picanha is definetly my favorite cut of meat, but i love chicken heart and barbecue sausage. Another great cut of meat is Alcatra and Fraldinha

This content is effin glorious! So much foodie geared content revolves around chains, well-known brands/products, mass produced food, etc. I can't speak for all foodies, but the "food joy" is real and comes with subtly in taste/texture, the science behind preparation, and deep appreciation for the art of cooking. These people are food artists and it's presented in such a fun, human experience, down-to-earth kind of way. So refreshing to see these amazing people/places get recognition for the art they make and the love they put into their craft.
