Keg King Malt Muncher 3 roller mill grind modification

I recently purchased a Malt Muncher from Morebeer.com. On it's most coarse setting, I found the grind to still be too small. I machined replacement adjustment knobs on the lathe to allow for a wider adjustment range. An alternative would have been to machine 2 new end plates on the mill with slightly different hole locations.

I've been looking at trying to make my own three roller mill recently...and I was deliberating on how to cut the eccentric circle off center of the adjustment plug. Great video !! thanks
