this guy's narrating voice is amazing
Looks like that would catch the rain and snow
Acrylic is the worst option for the outside use.
This guy should do audio books, he'd make a killing
What happens to the water when it rains ???
Three mice didn’t like this
This video should have been titled “keeping the critters ooouhht”
Hi, what is this product called? Where can I buy it? thank you

Walmart or Amazon: Lambro 4" Dryer Vent Closure
This seems like you'll have to blow out all the lint now trapped in the ductwork, constantly.
I had one of these installed, but when the dryer lint started to build up a bit, the cap would stay open and the critters made their way inside the dryer. Piece of junk.

Did you clean the lint catcher after each load was dried?
I"m wondering how the exhaust escapes with that cap on. I understand the cover inside rises up, but if it's capped off, are there air reliefs in the outside of the housing?

The lid is on a hinge. Much like the rain-cap on the exhaust pipe on a diesel big rig.
AC in a small house
just screw some metal mesh/net into old vent.

Fire risk and blockage can cause exhaust to enter home and cause death or injury

Wouldn’t it be better if it was designed to be installed upside down? Less likely critters fall into it, not to mention dust, debris, or water?

No I don’t like this one. Not only is it huge but rain and bugs can fall into it. There has to be a better way. Ughhhh I wish we’d never bought a house now. So many problems with mice, rats, squirrels in attic, drier vent worries, weeds and much much more. I can’t even go out on my deck at nite. I walked into a huge human sized spider web with a huge spider in it. I felt bad that I ruined hours of her work. I ruined half the web. She just decided to not even bother fixing it and sat in the unturned half.
It’s all plastic crap that mice can chew thru
