This song and especially that part makes me cry a lot cause it reminds me of the time my bf almost passed away...I love him so much

The guy with the guitar is called Keaton Henson and he wrote this beauty, he isn't weird, he is just Keaton.

I'm so sorry for the pain that you must have endured but also I'm very thankful for your ability to channel it through your music to create this beautiful masterpiece. My hat is off to you my dear friend.

I'm a bit obsessed with this song. I'm in awe of how beautifully written this piece is. It's so deep that you can feel the pain. My best friend died in a car accident 7 years ago and before that she'd always tell me how depressed she was, but she always seemed to pull through somehow.. The day I found out she died, I could not put it into words how I felt. This, is how I feel. I love how soulful the cello is. I've always love the cello. As soon as the cello started playing, I teared up. Thanks for this song. ♥️

He is so full of raw emotion that it is so captivating.He is truly one of my favorite artists of all time. Im sad to say I probably will never get to see him preform live.

beejblud Saw him at Housingworks in NYC for his first US show and I had to fight tears when he performed this one. It was devastatingly profound. If anyone ever gets the chance, see this man perform.

sounds more like someone moving their feet on the gravel since the audience isn't miced I don't think we'd be able to hear someone swallowing.

Hauntingly beautiful. I'm not generally a fan of one man and his guitar acoustic music but this is the exception that might break the rule.

Still remember the first time I ever heard this song. Sitting in the floor of my at the time boyfriends room.. I just lost it. I cried and cried. And to this day I feel those same feelings every time I hear this song. It's too beautiful.

I love "you." It's so genuine and Keaton always delivers on emotion and sound. Here with strings ?! Um yes.
