I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Wow - 1979 ( I was born in February of 1985 on the 05th of February ) It's so Interesting to watch this clip and a few things jump out at me - first, Where are the students like me with disabilities ? Because in 1975, a law then known as "The Education for all Handicapped Children Act" ( Which would later on become known as IDEA ) Came into play . also, Do their parents know that some of them leave the campus to smoke Cigarette ? Cigarettes are very bad for your oral health - Other than that, I think the fact that some them prefer fast food as oppose to the Cafeteria Food is Understandable ( I personally did not have a Driver's license in high school / although I sometimes enjoyed Campus Cafe that served up menu items such as Pizza Hut Pizza and others - James Madison High school - Class of 2003 - and Lucky enough to graduate with a real high school diploma - Even though others said that I wouldn't and couldn't ) and to date I have earned three college degrees including a master's degree in Special Education ( and plan to go back some day to earn a Ph.d ) + I am a certified Independent Facilitator for Self Determination + I would also love to be able to run for Public office someday ( Such as running for Congress and/or running for President someday in order to bring and give more representation to those with disabilities even what others would consider developmental and/or intellectual disabilities such as autism and /or other developmental and/or intellectual disabilities ) Someday too. and my other dreams for the future include but are not limited to learning to drive, living independently ( Not with my parents my whole life and not in some group home or other living setting where it's just all individuals with disabilities ) and marriage and family with children of my own someday too. I also want /wish to establish CAMP BECKY MAC ( An idea I've had since high school which will be an all inclusive overnight summer camp for kids ages 13 to 17 years old with and without disabilities), The Piggy Bank DayCare Center ( also an Idea I've had since High school) , A Vocational program that teaches those with disabilities how to become Job Coaches so that they can help individuals similar to themselves, a Mentoring program for young women on the autism spectrum with older women ( also on the autism spectrum ) as mentors, put on my conference "OCEAN OF DREAMS", Host an event to bring the community of Individuals with disabilities and the law enforcement community together in a safe, positive, neutral l, Non-Judgmental environment that I plan on calling "BUNCO WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT " and so much more. so , again where are the students with disabilities ?

Yes. It was totally legal in the 70's and 80's. They even had vending machines for cigarettes back then

@@cttheking I know about the vending machines but they were intended for adults though. The smoking age had to be younger since these kids are openly saying here they smoke. In my day, kids would get expelled for possessing a cigarette, let alone smoking one!!

@RRRR Thats the point I was trying to make of the vending machines because there was no legal smoking age back then. If there was, there would not have been vending machines selling cigarettes in which children would obviously buy it. I had friends who would go to the store to get their parents' cigarettes. Lol. There was no smoking age.

I went there in 2009 and the food was meh
