That family may have fallen on hard times, as many are right now, perhaps help them stay with their parent and get them some proper housing, safe childcare, home and job training, mental health services, spiritual guidance, and open doors of opportunity for this family, keep them together.

I agree with helping this family, except what about the part where they "allegedly " put 3 children's lives at risk?
Child endangerment for the facility that placed these children and didn't follow up on their welfare. Not the first time.
