Helpful. Did you have a “blue tape” day before this final walkthrough? Were those ask fixed

No blue tape. The associate usually will write all the issues down on a piece of paper that the buyers will sign right after the walk through. I suggest you take a video during your final walk through because there's a ton of information given to you. This way, every thing they say is documented and you can always refer back to the video for reference.

Very informative. Usually in these new home demonstrations/walk throughs, you get blue tape. You then look closely at the all finishing, walls, floors, trimming, etc. and identify imperfections and place the tape in those locations. The builder then fixes these issues leading into closing. Did the builder give you a chance to do this at another time?

They didn't have the blue tape but we took notes, pic and videos and whatever needed attention was written down on a paper they had to sign at the end of the walk through. They also has a year to go over things they may have missed and KB should take care of those. We also have the superintendents contact info in case the clients ever ran into a problem but luckily we haven't had those yet and praying it stays that way. So far, my clients are happy with their purchase. 🙂

Non so far. When you purchase a new construction, you typically get a warranty on your home so any issues you may have, it would be addressed. I would also suggest you get the super's contact info because they are the head of construction in a community. Sometimes, if theyre still in the area, they'll fix it right away. 🙂
