  Madam I was analyzing your KZread channel. You make nice videos on your channel,. I noticed one thing: according to your channel, your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on.

  Hi. I spoke to the sales agent afterwards and ask about it. I told her it was the most random design. Hahaha. She did tell me that right now it has an a/c something behind it but it is actually a full closet. They do have a sign now and we had a good laugh about it. Congratulations on your new home! That area of Winchester is booming. You get more bang for your buck and the potential for a nice chunk of equity in the future is there. 👏👏👏

  What these videos DON’T tell you when it comes to new construction home is the average buyer spends $50K - $100K on upgrades!! This is in addition to the cost of the house! Plus all new construction must have solar which you must qualify for separately from the cost of the house and the upgrades!!

  That really is a question for the sales team at the time when you tour the model home. For one, the price of the floor plan typically go up every phase and depending on the availability of the upgrades, the price of goods could change too. It is important to know that with new construction, the base price usually won't be your actual price unless you're purchasing a quick-move in home in which case, the upgrades has been pre-selected and are included in the price.

  @@angelacarpiorealtor Hello! Thanks for the response. I’ve been looking at those homes on Zillow so I was happy to come across your channel. I’m looking to purchase one of those 3bd 3ba units within 1300-1700sq ft with the upgraded kitchen, appliances and cabinets along with a completed front yard. I love carpet unlike most so hopefully I can save cost there’s I’m hoping to be no more than $490k. I will keep looking and thanks again.

  When you do your next tours please try to keep the camera steady (the pros use stedi-cams) so the viewers don't get dizzy watching. Too much swinging from one side to the other, up and down. Was making me dizzy. I would also suggest you linger longer on the areas you are focusing on. It might take a little longer but the finished product will be much superior.

  One of the things that attract buyers to Richmond is your ability to customize your home in many ways. If you prefer a builder that already offers a lot of upgrades included with the price, I would suggest DR Horton.
